 Laughter is a physiological response to humor. Laughter consists of two parts; a set of gestures and production of sound. 



Laughter keeps you healthy, wealthy and wise. Laughter has many benefits like reduce stress, increase heart rate, release happy hormones etc. According to Charlie  Chaplin,  


“A day without laughter is a day wasted”

  Comedy is the best part of  life. It makes people happy. In daily life, if you see someone who has a smile on his/her face, you feel that he/her is happy in life. 



Then, you also want to be happy like them. It must have happened with all of you.

  The question is that why do you laugh?  Laughing releases endorphins, the feel good chemicals of your body produce to make you feel happy and even relieve pain or stress.

       1. It reduces stress, 2. Good for heart 3. Cause of less aggression  4. Difficult situations are made easier, 5. Happy Hormones are released 6. We breathe better, 7. Great for kids 8. Better digestion                                                                      1. It reduces stress:                                                                                                            
    In today's society, stress is spread everywhere and everyone is affecting from it. 

While it is true that many lives has more responsibilities to do it causes great stress. 

When you laugh it reduces the stress. For example, when we are with friends or family chit-chat how we forget our stress because we make laugh with them.

 So, you should keep laughing because it navigates stress. More laughing makes you more attractive. 

Without stress, you will feel like a bird, and it is only possible by great laughter.

Good for heart:                                                                                  If someone has heart problem then he must take care of himself, takes precautions and get exercise also. 

But I say if someone has heart issue or not, all of you keep laughing because it is good for heart. 

Did you know when we laugh our blood vessels dilate? As they open wider blood flows more easily through our veins. 

All of you should know that if our blood flow is good then we will have not any issue of heart. This is simply by laughing.

  Laughter will increase your heart rate when heart pumps correctly you will have not any issue of heart. 
So, the laughter is best.

Cause of less aggression:                                                                   Very often to deal with a tense situation is slight humor. Whenever you think negative you fell aggressive.

 When it is the event of sorrow, or you're feeling sad then a little laughter can make you happy, and it reduces aggression. 

So, laughter is a cause of less aggression.  A funny remark that manages to produce a laugh. 

And it makes atmosphere calm. It will help you in being less aggressive person.                                                                                                                4. Difficult situations are made easier:     
                                                           
    Whenever you have problems, or you are in difficult situation have some laugh.

 Laughing alleviates fear. If you laugh you forget your difficulties, and you become happy. 
Difficulties are the part of life, if there was no difficult in life then may this is not life.

 In daily life difficulties come we never eradicate them but  keep away from us by having some laugh. By laughing, difficult situations are made easier.                                                                                                                                                                                                                5. Happy hormones are released  :   
                                                         Some experts believe that laughter has power to heal. 

Why? When we laugh, aside from the feeling of freedom, we encourage our body to release hormones that increase our overall happiness. 

So, you should keep laughing because happy hormones are released by it. Dopamine improves our mood.                                                                                                                                                                        6. We breathe better:   
                                                                         Do you realize that every time we breathe in and out, we expand our lungs, stretch and relax our muscles?
 It is no wonder that this is a new yoga discipline that has been developed focused on laughter.

 It bases itself on the fact that laughing for a period of time can help to regulate breathing and bring oxygen to the lungs.
 
So, we breathe better by laughing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                               7. Great for kids:                                                                                                                  
 It is of enormous benefit for children to find themselves in a happy atmosphere surrounded by laughter.

 In fact, according to psychologists in promoting their sense of humor you are increasing their mental, emotional and cognitive development.

 Make children laugh and give them a cause for laughter. Laughter is great for kids.                                                                                                                                                                                 8. Better digestion:                                                                                                               Have you ever laughed so much that your face muscles literally ached? 

Sometimes we laugh too much and our face muscles feel ached at this time your abdomen gets also a workout, contracting as you  laugh.

  Due to larger number of muscles in the abdominal area, laughter increases the production of gastric juices, which also helps the digestive process.

 So, laughter is a great cause of better digestion.

 So, result is that keep smiling have some laughter.
