Everyone is busy in life and making their life boring.They are doing nothing for happiness but wan't to be happy in every moment.
It is real that what you give,you will receive the same.If you don't give importance to happiness then happiness will also ignore you.Happiness plays main character in tragedy drama of our life.
So,if you pay this character ,it will work for you.If you work for hapiness it will run around you.
Our motive is to spread happiness and motivate the people who are suffering in depressed life.
Today we will discuss about the tools of happiness .If you put them in your little bag of mind,you will be happy want to happy others.
Let's Get Started..... 1.Connect with Friends
Even though it si difficult to meet with people in person are still restricted.
In the busy schedule of life,it is difficult for everyone to meet with all the friends face to face.
Sometimes, we meet with our friends by chance that is our happiest moment
wet alk with friends and share our secrets this gives us happiness.
In less moments,you can arrange dinner,lunch or coffee with friends(at social safe distance) or you can arrange a zoom meeting with friends this will boost up your happiness.
2.Have a Laugh Laughter not only decreases the stress harmones and lower blood pressure,but also increases the sense of well being.
So,allow yourself to enjoy humur where you can.Try to laugh yourself and make a laugh for others.
If you love comedian show the watch it and give permission yourself to laugh.It will be cause of great happiness for you.
3.Treat Yourself as bestie
Do something as that gives you joy each day.Wether it is reading a book,calling someone you care or listening your favourite song.
If you are fond of gardening or travelling you should do this for yourself.
If you are consious about your look then give some time to yourself.This will cause a grand happiness for you.
4.Get enough Sleep If you have enough load of work and you dont have enough sleep this is the great reason of anxiety.
When you work the whole day and if a situation is worrying you try to get emotional support to avoid sleepless nights. If you are adults then you need 7 hours sleep.
When you take a proper sleep it gives you freshness and freshness will gives you happiness.
5.Be Kind to Others Talk smoothly with others.When you talk with someone,your words and your behavior shows how kind of you.
I f you talk politely with others it shows your kindess&politeness.
But when you talk in anger with others this shows that you are kindless and this gives neagtivity about you.
When you give kindness you also get kindess.A s the famous qoute is..."Give repect,Take repect."
