 Dear Readers ,Assalam-o-Alaikum!Hope that you will be enjoying your good and happy life. There can be no happiness without good health. 


It is an essential part of our life. Usually we don't give any value to health and work like a donkey. We think that our money will make our life better than everyone. 


But not even a single scholar will agree with  our this opinion. We write maximum pages on the health importance but actually it is not given the importance as it deserves.

  WHAT IS HEALTH?


                                                                                                                                       "A state of complete PHYSICAL,MENTAL and SOCIAL WELL BEING is called Health.  


  

                                     Today we will discuss about its first aspect or type that is PHYSICAL Health.



We have learnt many benefits of physical health, but we don't follow them.We make lame excuses like loads of work etc.


I will tell you how can you make your life better through little tips to adopt.If you have lack of health that mostly occurs so note that points.                                                                                             


.Let's Get Started.      

 1.Get up early


Find a 10 minute activity like cricket, badminton, football or any type of physical activity.If you like walking so try  this for some days. You will not give up this little exercise.


The advantage of the walk is that you can also perform some other work like listening music for enjoyment.According to myself keep away your body   from multi tasking.


It becomes a cause of memory loss.                                                        

    2.Try to fresh Your mind


The best method of freshen the mind is that forget those things whom you don't like.

Remember all your amazing moments when the smile was on your face.

Mostly this point is preferred for the depressed patients. 

When your mind will be fresh you will perform your physical task excellently.                                                     "Health is not valued till sickness comes"                   

                     




                                                                                                                      3.Do your work yourself


If you want better health you should not put your work on other's.

When you move your body and  organs properly, it increases your health, and you can't realize what you have done.



Physical movements are called physical exercise that changed into physical health.


   4.Get Healthy food

I don't say that forget your YUMMY foods and start eating cucumber or veg's etc.

But eat in a limit.

You will not feel sickness or weakness because of this.Instead, you will be enjoying Healthy life with your dear's.


PROPHET MOHAMMAD (S.A.W) said that   

                                                                    
 "Nothing is worse than a person who fills his stomach. It should be enough for a son of ADAM to have a few bites to satisfy his hunger"           
                                                                                                 



                                                                                                                                                                                 5.Last point is that follow all points that are given.

If you have any disease find more precautionary and try to better your health.Every task is impossible until it is done.
