Gratitude and Happiness

Welcome  To all my attentive readers. Very Welcome to the world of Happiness  hope all of your good. Today my topic is  Gratitude, we will discuss variety of expressions to say thanks.

 All of you might know about this and may be some of you have never read about this. Today I will tell you by thanking to someone how can we get happiness. Gratitude in simple words is thanksgiving.

  In daily life, everyone is giving thanks to one another.  Remember that Allah is always deserving our thanks because He is the only one who gifted us  so many blessings  that are spread over the whole world.

 If someone gives gifts to us then we give thanks to him/her. Allah is daily giving us gifts, so we all never forget to say "Thank god"

Let's come to the point., I am sharing some tips to be happy by giving thanks. Let's get started: 
                                                                                                                                                                       1. Appreciate everything: 

Own the quality of appreciation. When we see a thing which is appreciable, we should praise it. 

I believe in the philosophy of give and get. You get which  you spread, if you share happiness with someone you also get happiness. And when you share fear you also feel fear. 

By appreciating someone's qualities you will feel happiness. So you should own appreciating qualities.




                                                                                                                                                                                                                       2. Say Thanks To your Partner:  

 Give thanks to your partner, family and friends. If you say thanks to your friends you feel happiness, and it will also give happiness to your  friend. 

By thanking to your partner will give you joy and happiness. And it also increases understanding between you. Give gifts to your partner and also be thankful if someone gives gifts to u. 

It is a big cause of happiness. Someone has said right: "Give more, Love more". It is correct for gratitude and happiness if you will give more thank you will get more happiness.

  Do not just look on others. Look towards yourself and find  qualities inside you. Appreciate yourself it will give you a lot of happiness.

 A habit  of being grateful and giving thanks toward yourself is the best way to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. 

You can simply be grateful for your sense of humor or your hidden talent. You should ask yourself  are you a good daughter/son/mother/father/brother?

 The answer of the questions inside you will give happiness and thanks to yourself.

 Talk about your feelings. Talking about your feelings can help you stay in good mental health and deal with times when you're troubled.

 Look after yourself. Appreciation make feel happy. When you appreciate yourself it makes you happy, and it improves your mental health.

 When you are healthy you feel happiness. Health brings happiness. Healthy people have healthy mind. Share Gratitude on social media:

 Sharing gratitude on social media will help you in being happy. If you own a habit of sharing thankfulness on social media with friends and family you will get the greatest happiness.

Gratitude is a powerful part of happiness. Give thanks to yourself and also to others and put it on social media. 
If you are feeling hesitation to say thanks to someone then use social media for thanking him/her.
