Life Reboot

 Hello! To my  all respected readers!

I hope all of you  will be fine and stay fine always.Today my topic is to guide all of you best ways to reboot your life and get a fresh start. 

Let's define what is the meaning of reboot?  Reboot means “restart”.

 Let's take an example in our daily life, if anyone of you is a pc user then he can better understand this word, we read many times this word in pc when our pc needs restart.

 So, this was a general example. 

Our topic is “life reboot”. So, talk about it and try to understand it.

Robot and reboot are two different words, so must not be confused. A robot is an automatic machine that works like a human, and we are discussing reboot  which means to shoot trouble, in other words to finish the trouble.


Now all of u can tell the meaning of life reboot to finish the trouble of your life.  


                              Everyone at some time feels that might life came with a reboot button.

 Today,  I am telling you some ways that will help you to begin your life again and how it helps you in getting happiness. 

If you are new on my website then I tell you my motive of my website is to spread happiness all over the world.

  Let's Get Started:                                                                                                                                            
  1. Reboot your diet: 

If you are eating unhealthy food, and you are feeling lazy. Then your diet needs reboot button. 

You should eat healthy food then you will feel ok. Other cause  can be this, sometimes when you eat same meal for 2-3 days.

 You feel bored and want to eat some new food. If you eat junk food, and you enjoy it then less the quantity of junk food and eat healthy food.

 It will keep you healthy, and you will feel fresh and happy.                                                                                                                                 




                                                                       2. Reboot your Wardrobe:

  How many times we feel that we have nothing to wear. This is our thought's fault otherwise it is not a big deal. I will tell you the solution of this which will help you to reboot your wardrobe.

 It just would not happen with women. If you  also feel this then you have to need to reboot your wardrobe.

 A great strategy to reboot your wardrobe is the project of 333 invented by Courtney  carver. Almost people may be familiar to this project. 

This project 333  has the theory, that a person should wear 33 articles in 3 months.

 These articles can be dresses. Jewelry ,shoes etc. Keep less quantity of articles in wardrobe, keep it clean. This will help you in rebooting your wardrobe.

                                            



                                                                                                                                                                                                                             3. Reboot your Room:

If you feel like that you are going to drown in the stuff when you enter the room. Then get a fresh start and reboot your room.

 Choose that room in your house in which you spend most time of the day. First, take out all the things that are present in the room then keep those things in the room which are necessary for you. 

Once you see how neat and organized things look in your newly rebooted room and how much space you have created in that room. 

You will probably be inspired to reboot every room in your home.                                                                                                                    



                                                                                                                                                                                                                     4. Reboot your Internal Clock: 

If your sleep cycle is out of time, you stay up until 3:00 am, and you sometime wake up after 10:00am,then you need to reboot/restart your internal clock. 

Your body's clock set up by cues of light, when you eat and when you exercise. These two things will help you to reboot your internal clock. 

Stop eating12-16 hour before you want to awake. If you want  to wake up at 7:00am then stop eating 5:00am day before. 

It will help you to reboot your internal clock and getting a fresh start.                                                                                                                                                                         





                                                                                                                                                                                                       5. Reboot your Goals: 

There is little days left in the new year. Calculate all the goals that have you decided in the beginning of year, if you have not completed it then you need to reboot your goals.

 Take a look at the goals set by you in the beginning of the year. Choose one of them and try to execute it.

 For example if you have decided not to eat junk food in the start of February, and you are still eating junk food at the second week of March then try more to focus on your goals.                                                                                                                                                                   




                                                                                                                                                                 Ask yourself why you are not fulfilled your goals. Try to give more attention on your goals and then get to it.
